David John Keevil
General Manager - Arshiya Transport, Middle East Region
Mr. Keevil has over 25 years of extensive experience in trucking operations as well as in managing domestic and cross border feeder traffic. He has also served in various capacities in transport and related service companies in the Middle East. Mr. Keevil joins us from UAE Enterprises Group. Prior to that he worked with DHL express as a Head of XL Road and Air for the Middle East region. He has also worked in other GCC countries, spending over a decade in Saudi Arabia and three years in Turkey. His role is to rapidly expand the group’s transportation capabilities in the Middle East being the final link in the supply chain activities of the other divisions and compliment the goal of regional synergy cross selling capability.
Flemming Jensen

Mr. Flemming Jensen has spent 15 of his 20 year career in Middle East countries with focus on shipping, supply-chain-management as well as trade and business development. He is a graduate of the A.P. Moeller / Maersk Line Shipping Academy and holds an MBA from the University of Leicester.
After leaving Maersk Line in 1998, Flemming Jensen held the position of Consul and Trade Commissioner of Denmark in the United Arab Emirates for 6 years, which was followed by some 3 years with a global provider of supply-chain-management services specializing amongst other in delivering ‘farm-to-fork’ solutions for the world’s biggest chains of convenience food restaurants.
Ian Bessant
General Manager - Arshiya Supply Chain Integration, Middle East Region
Mr. Bessant has over 15 years experience in Logistics specializing in 4PL operations and commercial roles with extensive experience in the areas of operational start-up, re-engineering, Distribution Centre Management, 3PL multi-client, multi-site operations, warehouse layout and planning. Mr. Bessant has also served 8 years service in British Army which includes Middle East Active Service (Royal Military Police and Royal Logistics Corps) where he has earned various medals such as Gulf Medal, Kuwait Freedom Medal and Saudi Liberation of Kuwait Medal. Prior to joining Arshiya Supply Chain Integration, he has served in various capacities with Supply Chain and Logistics companies in the Middle East and has also held senior positions with Exel and Hays Logistics based in UK. Ian’s educational background also includes varied industry-specific qualifications specializing in warehouse operations, planning and layout from the Cranfield University.
Jashay Mehta

Mr. Mehta currently serves as the CIO of Arshiya group and as CEO for Cyberlog Technologies. He received his bachelor's degree in commerce and his master's degree in management from Mumbai University. Mr. Mehta has led various project teams in the creation of innovative technology solutions in logistics, supply chain management and demand fulfillment whereby Cyberlog was nominated as one of the Best 5 supply chain management software providers. He has played a key role in the growth of Cyberlog globally and in the use of technology in Arshiya in enhancing the competitive advantage of its customers. Prior to his career with Cyberlog, he held senior management positions in the financial services and software development sector.
Parag Sharma

Mr. Sharma has over 15 years of experience in global supply chain management. He has been instrumental in orchestrating and efficiently implementing extensive Supply Chain, Logistics, Multi-modal transport and Marine logistics solutions for Fortune 500 and other international corporations across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Sub-continent and CIS countries and has played key role in developing business in a highly competitive global market. Prior to joining BDP (Dubai) L.L.C., he has served as a corporate supply chain consultant for a prominent Middle East based group having over 25 operating companies. Previously worked as managing partner with SAL Logistics Solutions L.L.C. since its inception and also held senior management positions in GAC Logistics and Johnson & Johnson. He is a graduate in science from Poona University and holds a MBA from the University of Virginia. He is a Certified Professional Forecaster and Supply Chain Management Professional (APICS, USA) also holds Green Belt certification in Six Sigma.

Sajal Mittra

Mr. Mittra has served in various capacities on the Railways for more than 22 years.
He has held various positions in Commercial and Operations departments handling Planning & Monitoring of freight operations.
He has joined us from Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS)
Mr. Mittra joined Container Corporation (Concor) on deputation from Indian Railways where he was one of the key officials in setting up of Container Freight Station (CFS) at Mulund (Mumbai) and Inland Container Depots (ICD's) at Pithampur (Indore) & Sabarmati (Ahmedabad).
Mr. Mittra has also served as Director (Petroleum, Oil & Lubricants), Railway Board, and Ministry of Railways for a period of 4 years. His last assignment was in the Ministry of Development of Northern Region as Director Incharge of Infrastructure Development since last 5 years.
He currently serves as CEO of Arshiya Rail Infrastructure and is managing the helms of railway freight management for Arshiya.
Sandesh Chonkar Director-Finance, Arshiya International Ltd
Mr. Sandesh R. Chonkar has 17 years of senior management experience, including international assignments. He has spent over 13 years within the related group. He graduated from Bombay University and received his professional degree in accountancy from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants(ACA). His experience includes having held key positions in financial, commercial, logistics, trading and operational areas. His international assignments include 3 years in Singapore, managing a trading company. He is currently involved in financial control, strategic planning, foreign trade documentation and business process development within the group. Mr. Chonkar currently serves on the Board of Directors of some of the Arshiya's subsidiary companies.
Soumendra Nath Chakraborty

Mr. Soumendra Nath Chakraborty is a MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and has more than 19 years of experience in the field.
Prior to joining Arshiya, he was the Head–HRD (India, Middle East countries, Sub Saharan Africa and Turkey) with Huntsman Advanced Materials (formerly Ciba – Giegy) , where he served as the Change Agent for Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management and Performance Management System. He comes to Arshiya International with a Multi-Cultural, Multi-Regional, Multi-Industrial Human Resources exposure accumulated in his tenure in Huntsman Advanced Materials Mumbai, Tata Finance Limited, Mumbai, Knoll Pharmaceuticals Limited (Now Abbott international), Mumbai, Hong Kong Bank, Chennai (Now HSBC), Timex Watches Limited, Noida and Escorts Limited (Tractor Division), Faridabad.
Presently Mr. Soumendra serves as the Director-HRD. He is responsible for all matters on Human Resource Development and Administration for the organization.
