Arshiya Rail Value Proposition Pan-India License & Network Connectivity
Pan-India License

Arshiya has acquired a pan-India rail license which enables us to move EXIM as well as Domestic cargo to and from any location on the India rail network. Arshiya in its proposed phased investments worth $ 1.6 Billion is coming up with 5 strategically located FTWZs (North, South, Central, East, and West) with access to rail terminals in and around these locations. Arshiya is also getting into strategic alliances/agreements with CFS/ICD/Terminal operators at various locations over and above the 5 mentioned locations.

Dedicated Rakes
Dedicated Rakes

Arshiya believes in building long term strategic relationships with our customers, and our focus is on playing an important role in our customer’s logistical operations. Arshiya hence works on a dedicated rake model wherein we assign rakes specifically for a client based on the fixed committed volumes, thus providing a one stop solution for planned large scale evacuations from ports, FTWZs, distribution hubs and customer sidings.

Dedicated rakes are a boon to large manufacturing plants/organisations from various industries and sectors like iron and steel, cement, metals and alloys etc., as regularly planned large scale evacuations help these plants to function smoothly which is otherwise not possible due to the unreliable nature of road transport services.

Customized Containers

Customized Containers

Arshiya entered the industry with a clear goal in mind, which was to become the largest PCTO within a short span of time. It realised the fact that without innovation growth would be slow and that in order to be innovative there should be constant commitment and effort. Hence we have invested considerable time, money and effort to make customized containers with the objective of meeting specific needs of our customers and their logistical operations. This has lead to higher efficiency lower overheads, and faster turnaround times, leading to smooth and debottlenecked operations for our valued customers. This has helped reinforce Arshiya’s image as one of the more serious players in this space.

Khurja

Khurja

Arshiya is developing its second FTWZ in Khurja (70 kms from NCR - Delhi) as a part of the first phase of the huge planned investment. This facility will also have a Domestic Distripark and an adjacent Rail siding that will be linked to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and is in proximity to the point where the two DFC’s converge. It is also in proximity to several industrial zones in the Ghaziabad – Noida – Dadri belt. This rail terminal would be fully equipped to handle Container and Freight trains.

As a sizable share of the containerised traffic moves on the Mumbai – Delhi via NCR route and since Arshiya already has a FTWZ in Panvel Mumbai and coming up with the next one at Khurja near Delhi we would have a strong presence at both ends, which along with our Rail connectivity would give our customers a distinguished value proposition. Our Khurja terminal will have the capability to handle 10 rakes per day with line capacity. Khurja will also offer special advantages. It would have a rake inspection bay and in house maintenance, owned shunting locomotive, container handling equipments, a locomotive maintenance facility and container holding yard.
